While on vacation in Laguna Beach, Cate found a secret room filled with costumes from all her favorite Disney stories. She tried every one of them on! At the same time!!! See if you can recognize the movies by the layer of clothes.

Cate loved the beaches she visited (Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, San Clemente (pier and Califia St.).

Cate at Caroline's 8th Grade Promotion

Cate makes a lot of faces. She is definitely going to be a class clown in school.

No joking around here... The National Anthem is being played during Caroline's promotion ceremony. Cate is a patriot.

Dora Day from Aunt Donna!

Aunt Donna (with help, I am SURE, from Uncle David) decided to make it a special day at our house today by sending a Care Package filled with assorted Dora the Explorer gifts for Cate!

Cate was beaming ear to ear as each gift was pulled out of the super cool Explorer Dora backpack! Backpack, backpack, YEAH!

She is wearing everything from the package in this picture, right down the Dora the Explorer necklace! Notice all the lovely bangles? Yep! More Dora!

Cate is ready to start riding with us. Do you see the training wheels? They will be GONE by her birthday in May. In fact, I might go buy her some elbow pads and get rid of them right away. If she is going to be a pro downhiller, she will need to get her inner gyroscope working at an early age.
