Aunt Donna (with help, I am SURE, from Uncle David) decided to make it a special day at our house today by sending a Care Package filled with assorted Dora the Explorer gifts for Cate!
Cate was beaming ear to ear as each gift was pulled out of the super cool Explorer Dora backpack! Backpack, backpack, YEAH!
She is wearing everything from the package in this picture, right down the Dora the Explorer necklace! Notice all the lovely bangles? Yep! More Dora!

We are very glad that Dora found her way to Phoenix. I am a bit OCD when it comes to themes!!! I can see that Cate is on the cutting edge of fashion, however some of those bangles could also be used in her hair. She looks so cute in those piggy tails, however, since she is getting so grown-up that may not be the style she likes any more. Is she really only going to be 3? She seems much older to me. Anyway, I'm glad she likes everything. It was fun.
